The staff is unbelievable friendly and knowledgeable. Glenn Von Voltinburg has assisted me personally with everything from my silly questions to coming to my aid when our Phone bill turned out to be incorrect. Our Crisis Line was not working as it should and Glenn put in many hours with the Phone Company to try to get it working properly. He even figured out a Band-Aid to make it work until the Phone Company finds a way to repair it.

It has been two months since we got our new phone system and although we are still figuring out the different features, the service and support from World Telecom is exceptional. Whenever I have a question about a feature, I email Glen and he will either email or call me immediately or even show up on-site. The responsiveness from them regarding our system is unsurpassed. World Telecom is a professional and reliable company whose customer service deserves an A+ rating.
