I can't say enough great things about this agency. - The staff is unbelievably friendly and knowledgeable. The team has assisted me personally with everything from my silly questions to coming to my aid when our Phone bill turned out to be incorrect. Our Crisis Line was not working as it should and the World Telecom & Surveillance, Inc. staff put in many hours to try to get it working properly.
